Motion Vitality Pilates

A reformer Pilates studio turning first-timers into regulars.

The client

Motion Vitality Pilates is a reformer studio built around small class sizes and hands-on coaching. The founder had a loyal in-person following but no consistent way to turn online interest into a first booked class.

Before working with Uglint, the studio ran on a generic booking widget, an inconsistent Instagram feed, and a website template that could have belonged to any fitness brand in the city.

The problem

The brand did not reflect how the studio actually felt in person: precise, warm, and a little bit serious about form. Photos, fonts, and colors varied from post to post.

The booking flow buried the first class offer three clicks deep, and the owner had no dashboard to see which channels were actually driving trial signups.

What we shipped

A brand refresh with a new mark, type system, and a warm, editorial color palette that carried across the site and social.

A new marketing site with the first class offer surfaced on every page and a booking flow that takes under a minute.

A client portal so the owner can see trial bookings, class fill rate, and campaign performance in one dashboard instead of four logins.

A paid social program built around the new brand assets and a content calendar the studio's team can run on their own.

What changed

Trial class bookings increased and the front desk spends noticeably less time on manual scheduling questions.

The owner now checks one dashboard each week instead of piecing numbers together from three different tools.

Social content posts on a steady weekly cadence using the templates and calendar Uglint built into the handoff.
